These are the shoes we will be wearing when we get off the plane in Chennai (Madras) at the start of our Asian adventure – not sure how long they will last us in India!

This picture was taken at Uluru and seems a fitting picture to start with as it is the ultimate destination of our travels – we are emigrating to Australia.

This is our first post into our new blog which we will be using to keep in touch with family and friends over the following months and perhaps, if we are lucky, years!
